Return & Exchange

In case of return or exchange, follow the guidelines below.
  1. The product must be unused. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right not to register your complaint.
  2. The return period of the defective product is ’15 days’ (Working Days). OR For return or exchanged items, the request shall be entertained within 15 days (Working Days) of receiving the parcel. 
  3. We charge only Rs 199 for shipping when delivering to customers. But if a customer returns an item to our address through any courier, we will deduct our shipping according to the actual weight of the item. The refund amount will be issued after deducting shipping charges and 4% government tax on COD. Only Rs 199 will not be deducted.
  4. Please return the product with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  5. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery, i.e., courier or registered post, at his own expense to our address.
  6. Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  7. Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the returned products.
  8. It is important to label the returned product as ‘Return item’ in order to avoid any discrepancy or inconvenience
